Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job description We are a rapidly expanding Gen-Z fashion brand based in sweden, and are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing full cycle recruiting processes for corporate and retail employees across multiple states. Job Summary: Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures the corporate and retail stores are adequately staffed by partnering with cross functional department leads, identifying hiring needs, and executing full cycle recruiting processes. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and connect with talent across different sectors to create a network of potential candidates ● Schedule and conduct screening interviews with candidates and ensure experience matches the needs of the business ● Keep candidates informed of where they stand in the interview process ● Prompt communication between candidates and cross functional partners ● Create job descriptions and interview questions relevant for all positions ● Retain and organize all materials used including but not limited to job descriptions, CVs, screening notes, and interview notes ● Attend job fairs and networking events as needed to build connections and meet potential leads for open positions Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology, or related field. ● 2-4 years of recruiting management experience. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite (especially Excel). ● Strong organizational and communication skills.
